Information you share

When you email VORA, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to include in your enquiry. Business conversations may also include your company name and commercial requirements.

Once ordering is activated, we will need your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing details, order history and payment status to complete your purchase and support you afterwards.

How it supports your experience

Your information helps us answer enquiries and, when shopping services launch, prepare orders, coordinate delivery and arrange customer care. We also keep the records required for accounting and our business obligations.

We use consent where required, and information needed to fulfil your order or meet legal obligations where permitted. VORA news and offers will be optional, with a simple way to unsubscribe. Service messages about an order remain separate from marketing.

The partners behind your order

At launch, relevant information will be shared with the providers supporting your order: payment services, couriers, hosting and customer-support systems. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary or required.

Tabby, Tamara and other payment services, once connected, will explain their own information use when you select them. Some providers may process information outside the UAE. The final notice will identify the selected services and the safeguards for those transfers before activation.

Cookies & browsing preferences

The website uses temporary browser storage to keep product identifiers and quantities in your cart during the tab’s session. Delivery and payment details are not stored in the cart.

Optional analytics and advertising tools are not currently active. If introduced later, VORA will identify their purpose and provide the appropriate choices before activation. External websites have their own privacy notices.

Careful handling & retention

VORA limits access to the people and providers who need information to deliver the service, supported by appropriate access controls and contractual safeguards.

Information will be kept for its stated purpose and any required record-keeping period, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your choices, respected

You may ask about the information held about you, request access or correction, and request deletion, restriction or transfer where the relevant rights apply. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing. Requests about automated processing can also be raised with our team.
